About Aimee
Aimee Oliveri is a clinical psychologist, board-approved supervisor, and the founder of Flourishing Women Psychology. She established Flourishing Women Psychology after noticing a significant gap in women’s health care in Australia. Her goal is to empower women to find their FLOW in a way that is uniquely their own.Aimee provides psychological services tailored to women, with a focus on:
• Menstrual conditions such as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and endometriosis.
• Neurodivergence including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism (ASD).
• Complex trauma and emotion regulation difficulties.
• Perinatal mental health and chronic health conditions.Aimee draws from a variety of psychological approaches, including:
• Cognitive behavioural therapies.
• Mindfulness-based therapies.
• Trauma-informed therapies
• Somatic therapies.Aimee’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
Services
Individual Therapy: Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ or ‘curing’ someone; it’s a process of growth and self-discovery. Aimee believes in holding space for you, walking alongside you on your journey, and supporting you in developing the insight and skills to continue flourishing independently.
Supervision: Aimee is a board-approved supervisor and provides one-on-one supervision to both early career and experienced psychologists.
Professional Development Talks: Aimee delivers professional development talks on topics such as PMDD, emotional dysregulation, anxiety and trauma.
Peer Supervision: Aimee facilitates monthly peer supervision groups through the Mental Health Professionals Network (MHPN), providing Australian mental health professionals treating PMDD with a space to connect, discuss cases, share knowledge, and learn from each other’s experiences. PMDD Directory: Aimee manages a directory to connect individuals with PMDD to relevant support services across Australia.
Research Collaborations: Aimee collaborates with various organisations on research projects aimed at advancing psychological interventions for PMDD.
Consultation: Aimee offers professional consultation for those seeking clinically informed, evidence-based insights on PMDD.

Medicare Rebate | $141.85 |
Out-of-Pocket Cost (Gap Fee) | $118.15 |
You can access up to 10 Medicare-rebated sessions with a psychologist per calendar year.To claim Medicare rebates, you will need to provide a referral letter and Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP.
