About Aimee

Aimee is a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in women’s health, encompassing:• Menstrual issues such as Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), & Endometriosis.
• Complex trauma and emotion regulation difficulties
• Perinatal and Reproductive concerns
• Parenting stress and adjustment
• Neurodivergence including ADHD and Autism
• Chronic Health Conditions
• Depression and anxiety
• Grief and loss
• Relationship difficulties
• Substance and addictive disorders
Aimee draws from various therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and circumstances of her clients, including:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
• Mindfulness-based therapies such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Trauma informed therapies such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Aimee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Psychology.

Medicare Rebate: $141.85
Out-of-Pocket Cost (Gap): $118.15
To claim the Medicare rebate, please consult your GP before booking an appointment. Your GP will discuss your eligibility for psychological services under Medicare and provide the required referral.

Availability

Aimee offers online consultations and is available on Tuesday afternoons and evenings.
