Aimee Oliveri is a clinical psychologist, board-approved supervisor, and the founder of Flourishing Women Psychology, which she established after noticing a significant gap in women’s health care in Australia. Her goal is to empower women to find their FLOW in a way that is uniquely their own.Aimee provides psychological services tailored to women, with a focus on:

The DBT for PMDD Group Therapy Program was launched in 2025 by Clinical Psychologists Aimee Oliveri and Sharryn Muir, based on their published DBT-informed treatment model for PMDD (Oliveri et al., 2025).This 10-week online group therapy program uses a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed approach, specifically designed to support individuals living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
Program Dates:
Runs for 10 weeks on weeknights, 6:00–8:00pm (NSW time)
All sessions are online via Zoom

This supportive, skills-based group will help you:
Feel more in control of intense emotions
Develop a deeper understanding of yourself and PMDD
Learn practical, PMDD-specific strategies to improve daily functioning and relationships

Anyone with a valid Referral and Mental Health Care Plan from a GP is eligible for up to 10 individual psychological sessions AND 10 group psychological sessions per calendar year.
