About Aimee

Aimee Oliveri is a clinical psychologist, board-approved supervisor, and the founder of Flourishing Women Psychology, which she established after noticing a significant gap in women’s health care in Australia. Her goal is to empower women to find their FLOW in a way that is uniquely their own.Aimee provides psychological services tailored to women, with a focus on:

  • Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and other cycle-related conditions

  • Neurodivergence

  • Complex trauma

  • Emotion dysregulation

  • Perinatal mental health

  • Chronic health conditions

Aimee draws from a variety of psychological approaches, including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Aimee’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

The DBT for PMDD Group Therapy Program

The DBT for PMDD Group Therapy Program was launched in 2025 by Clinical Psychologists Aimee Oliveri and Sharryn Muir, based on their published DBT-informed treatment model for PMDD (Oliveri et al., 2025).This 10-week online group therapy program uses a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed approach, specifically designed to support individuals living with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).

Program Dates:

  • Runs for 10 weeks on weeknights, 6:00–8:00pm (NSW time)

  • All sessions are online via Zoom

Topics Include:

  • PMDD Foundations

  • Mindfulness

  • Emotion Regulation

  • Distress Tolerance

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

This supportive, skills-based group will help you:

  • Feel more in control of intense emotions

  • Develop a deeper understanding of yourself and PMDD

  • Learn practical, PMDD-specific strategies to improve daily functioning and relationships

Cost & Medicare Rebates:

  • $100 per session ($31.70 out-of-pocket with Medicare rebate)

Anyone with a valid Referral and Mental Health Care Plan from a GP is eligible for up to 10 individual psychological sessions AND 10 group psychological sessions per calendar year.
